    Lorraine Wiseman, MBA, CPA, is the President and CEO of Leading the Wise Way, a consulting firm specializing in strategy and change management. She is a Vistage Chair and CEO Coach. Lorraine is a Global Executive and has been the President of seven multinational corporations in six countries. She is an expert in business turnarounds. She currently coaches 50 CEO’s of companies ranging in size from $1 million to $750 million.

  • Jeremy Mace

    Jeremy Mace is the Director of Marketing for Leading the Wise Way, and a Fractional CMO specializing in Brand Positioning and Marketing Strategy. He has led teams of designers, art directors, and marketing consultants. His experience ranges from comic book publisher to agency owner. His expertise spans various domains, including team-building, communication, digital marketing strategy, online advertising, graphic design, branding and logo development, responsive web design, creative services, social media, media buying, project management, client management, production, and even world-building.

  • Victoria Worsham

    Victoria Worsham, MBA, serves as the Director of Operations of Leading the Wise Way., where she is instrumental in managing daily business operations and enhancing operational efficiency. She plays a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategies that deliver value to clients. With her extensive background as an Executive Assistant, Victoria brings a wealth of skills and strong network to both our clients and our firm.

  • Ashley Evans

    Ashley is a creative and skilled professional that has been in the Executive Assistant role with Leading the Wise Way since 2018. Originally from Pennsylvania, she now resides in Columbia, SC with her husband, Guy, along with their two young children, Killian and Kennah and their two dogs. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Graphic Design. Ashley enjoys spending time reading, working out, being outdoors, traveling and watching her kids play sports.
